Our preferred method of shipping is with the USPS due to the number of options, the low cost offered by USPS, and confirmed delivery. Hundreds of packages shipped and not a single one lost to date. We can offer UPS shipping at your request. We will use UPS shipping for larger orders in some cases. Please contact before placing your order if you desire UPS shipment for your order.
Turnaround and Shipping Times
Most orders can and will be shipped within 2 weeks from the date or your order as we make many items on an order by order basis. If in stock, items will be shipped within 72 hours from the time you place your order. Items shipped via priority mail will normally arrive within 2-4 days from the date we ship them. If you need overnight or expedited shipping, please email or call us before placing your order.
Personalized, custom orders and orders including tartan appliques are usually subject to longer wait times due to their specialized nature. We recommend you make an inquiry requesting turn around time prior to placing such orders. Once placed, these types of orders cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy for "In Stock" Items
All new and unused items returned with tags still attached within 14 days are refundable for retail price paid. Clothing Items can only be returned or exchanged if they meet the following guidelines:
Cannot have been worn or washed
Must be dirt and stain free
Must be free of all odors including smoke
Must be free of pet dander and/or hair
Return Shipping Costs
We are sorry but shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is also responsible for paying the costs for return shipping with confirmed delivery. Please note that all custom made and personalized items have a separate return policy see below.
Return Policy for all Custom Made, Personalized, and Products made for Smaller Clans
We cannot accept returns of custom made, personalized and products made for smaller clans. While we do make products for a large number of clans, we cannot accept returns for some of the smaller clans and families.
It's easy to exchange an item when necessary. Notify us via email to initiate the process. We will then direct you to send us the following: simply send the item back to us with a copy of your receipt, a note detailing what item you want in exchange and contact information in case we have any questions. All exchanges are processed promptly, but must be made within 14 days. Customer pays all shipping costs.
